Did you see in the Record that the Mayor spent $310,000.00 in 2008 to get the Mayor position. Now think about this the job pays $80,000.00 a year time 4 years = $320,000.00. So she worked for $10,000.00. Apparently there are some people she owes favors to to get that kind of money. I know it is not the regular citizens like you and me. Maybe it is time we elect a regular citizen who knows what it is to live with in a budget.

While we're on the subject of education, I think you meant Asians and Whites do much better (not "due" much better).

Usually that is do to too much coffee on my end. However, I was probably processing my accounts receivables that day and decided to take a break to comment.

Or if it was raining outside it might have been dew.

Or if I had just cleaned up the dog **** it would have been doo.

I can't believe Jimmie Rishwan (and Ralph Lee White) are still alive. I blame Jerry Brown, the geriatrics are having a field day.

Eh, I can deal with Jimmie, not sure if I'll vote for him or not. Dated one of his nieces in high school. He is a very competent business man but I am tired of the same ol Stockton/Valley Democrats.

Ralph Lee White, let's just say he must have something on some powerful players because it is a wonder that he isn't sitting in a federal pen somewhere. I remember when he had an exhibition fight with Muhammad Ali back in 1982 for his reelection campaign for the Mayors Seat at the Spanos Center on the Campus of UOP.

Please don't try to do the same math for the presidential election. You might hurt yourself.

I don't know why Stockton's is in the shape it's in, I just know that every year it just seems to get worser and worser here.
