I have to say... this sounds totally bizarre and nonsensical... but, Vacaville always had a disporportionately high number of piping-hot girls whenever I went. Probably because of the combination of fashion outlets and a total lack of anything to do in the area means you have some surprisingly well-dressed girls who have nothing better to do than stay in shape and look nice.
There are plenty of really attractive girls all over CA though, from the SF Bay Area all the way down to San Diego, it's all good
There's certainly a high concentration of them in Orange County, around Irvine and Westminster and whatnot.
