I dont believe in nice people. I doubt their humanity. There are only 10 types of people those who are super and those who and those who arent.

(3)With the near collapse of the manufacturing sector..The jobs that the parents and grandparents of the welfare cases once held...don't exist. Most of the people in question came from families that were the working poor originally.. (4)Look at your illegal immigration from Mexico- They come because they are throw away labor..the Mexicans establishment have no more use for them. If California is going to employ these people..They had better get creative..because no matter what...The tax payer is going to foot the bill...Instead of taxes going for welfare checks- Taxes will go towards paychecks...

(5)Most who demand that the poor work and nor receive "free money" are motivated by sheer spite..If Californian legislatures can get past the "I hate the poor factor" ...They just may find a solution..and a proper use for these people.

(1)Have you heard of the WPA during the great depression era " they had real jobs " and today you have to give folk real jobs

(2)No not under the WPA model " foremen instead of pencil pushers "

(3)True but we do have to maintain national forests and state beaches our interstate highway system
need a lot of help etc....

(4)The tax payer will get a return on their taxes in better infrastructure here in america

(5)People like you have striped the welfare masses of all self respect and pride and that true especially for the AA welfare recipient who is robbed of the great AA work ethic , and this is mainly the cause of so
much of the self hatred within the AA race. AA are made to feel that the only option left open to them the.
can't land a job is to work the entittlement system to death.

Everyone should work, but work has to be available to be done. As long as employers can bring in ppl from other states and other countries rather than employ local workers, the situation is not viable.

Blacks make up like 13% of the US population and nearly 40% of welfare recipients are black.

For a while there were more white welfare claimants, but you keep ignoring that whites make up a higher percent of the population.

Money to the poor will have to be reduced as there is just so many dollars to spread around. When Obama grants amnesty to millions more poor then the bread will need to be divided even more so every one gets a little bite. Look at China....a good example of communisim gone bad where the very poor now live on less than $500 U.S dollars a month and pay $165 a month for a wire cage to live in. If we keep importing more and more poverty and uneducated workers, then we will face the same fate.
