It is one of the few counties in CA that I haven't been to, but I'd imagine Imperial County would be just about the worst for me.

El Centro, Where the temperatures get hotter than Yuma and the disgusting scene of the Salton sea spreads to. Sure, Oakland has a lot of crime and poverty, but that Bay Area weather is bliss.
