Ever heard of "Cal" ? They don't call Mass. "Massa", or Penn, "Pennsy".

Philistines.

You're on! Prove it!

LOL my friend.

Everyone knows it's Calihh, not Calee. It's just hard to read the Cali word without pronouncing it wrong.

As to the real estate development, it's a head on the desktop moment. Is it in Sonora or TH? A bit of creative spray paint on the sign would do wonders!

Sorry, "Cali" doesn't cut it. I live in California, am not too lazy to say the word and I don't respond to posters who are too lazy to spell it out.

Lol at this being such a big deal for you guys. I was born and raised in California and it doesn't irritate me at all when someone refers to the state as Cali and I've even used it myself a few times.

That's one smart 911 Operator.. Did you save the recording?

Maybe "Cali" will start a US trend among states, like "Illi" "Colo" "Oreg" "Flori" "Monta" or "Wisco."

Then again, maybe not, since they all sound as bad as "Cali."
