I know many bloggers dislike me on the CD b/c of how I strongly criticize Los Angeles, CA. However, the State of California is going through major economic challenges due to its unfriendly entrepreneur environment for businesses to close or relocate somewhere else. The CA govt is unable to balance its budget b/c of the corrupt unions, lucrative pensions, & wasteful socialist services. There is a big divide among various geographical regions in CA: Northern (San Francisco & Sacramento), Central (Fresno & Bakersfield), & Southern (Los Angeles & San Diego). All 3 CA regions are very different in its economical & political settings: Northern (financial & high-tech), Central (agricultural & military), & Southern (entertainment & military). Since the 3 CA regions are unable to repair its debt into possible bankruptcy. Do you think CA should be divided in order to savage its monetary troubles? LET THE REPLIES BEGIN!

Yes, fundamentally and culturally, the state is really two different places: Northern California and Southern California. Question is: where do we draw the line?

Isn't the state currently having a conversation to figure out what to do with its budget surplus? Bankruptcy talk is so 3 years ago!

For that matter so is New York and so is Texas.

And you could add other states to that list, Northern FL and Southern FL feel completely different.

Yes. California has the same number of senators as Delaware. Dividing the state into two or more states would fix this.
