Believe me, what Tangodoodles said is correct. I was in grade school not too long ago and in order to learn about "the birds and the bees", we were given permission slips our parents had to sign in order to participate. Otherwise, you were sent off to a different classroom to work on something else.

Let me see if I have this correct--California is financially bankrupt but one of the biggest concerns there is if chickens are uncomfortable? And they think us Southerners are nuts! Geesh!

California isn't paying for the chickens, the farmers are.

its a bit of a misconception. technically you can get married, but the state wont recognize it(but you will). you can file for a domestic partnership which grants you the same exact state rights as a marriage, which is exactly what getting officially married in mass does.

Thank you!!! Its these silly rules and regulations that made me get the h*** out. At least here in Tennessee I can sleep at night without worrying about my CHICKENS!
