Income 200% of FPL or less.
No asset limit.Completely false. Unless you are not going to call medi-cal welfare.
No, I am not wrong, you will notice that not everyone in CA can get medical, no matter their income or lack of income, think about it. I do not call Medical socialized welfare, but the conservative lunatic fringe should, and they should avoid it like the bubonic plague, but they don't and neither do they avoid Medicare, all the while howling against socialism. Cracks me up.

The change happening in California is happening everywhere. The job market sucks just about everywhere. People are struggling just about everywhere with bills, etc. I think People are leaving in droves now because of the economy and a lot of folks have taken this "recession" as a chance to make a move. I have often heard "it's now or never"

The folks who think California sucked and moved to Nevada to escape it, jumped from the frying pan into the fire.

And by the way, when I said federal aid sustains you, I meant two things:

(a) I'm a disabled veteran, so going to school full-time with VA benefits plus the benefit of FAFSA has proven far more lucrative than some p/t minimum wage crap job here and,

(b) even a part time minimum wage crap job doesn't pay as well as welfare, and that's unfortunate. Do the numbers-a single mom can get $900 plus health benefits and probably food stamps to sit and home and do nothing on welfare here, or....you could scramble for one of the few competitive positions in Sacramento, earn a net of about $200-$800 monthly and pay out $100-$300 (rough estimates) for childcare because of the wierd hours, unless you have complete family support standing by.

California perpetuates this problem by not cracking down on employers and weaning deadbeats off the system. Make it substantially more worth it to work that collect state aid.

That's true. They just didn't do their homework first and realize that while California sits at a miserable 12.3% unemployment, Nevada is in the scorching 13%'s. The only bigger blunder they could have made was moving to MI. They should have done ND or ID and life would probably be a lot different.

bro, you do nothing but want to argue.

You said that you can't obtain welfare in Ca if you have $2000 in assets. I simply provide a link that states that there is welfare in the state of Ca that has no asset limit. You continue to say that I am wrong. I am not.

Oh, you own a house, a benz, and a brand new 4X4 truck? No income (cash), No problem!! Heres some medi-cal!! Have as many kids as you want!! You live in poverty, it's your right!! Don"t worry, the taxpayers will take care of you.

Whats wrong with Ca? Doesn't take a genius to figure it out.

I've come to the conclusion that you sir live under a rock.

SUNSHINE PUMPERS UNITE!!!
