We have several friends who have fivers older than 10 years old. And what we've found is that they are asked a lot of time about the age of their units on the phone, but when they pull up to a park, and the park sees that these units are very well maintained, clean, and well-built they don't have any problems getting in. We've had more trouble getting into a park with our 42' coach than they have, not because of the unit, but because when we roll into an area its for work and are considered construction "trash."

Yup, sell it to a scrap guy. Is it aluminum clad? Probably is, so worth something. Scrap prices have plummeted the last 6 months, some may not consider it worth scrapping, often a farmer will strip it and use the frame for a on-site flatbed trailer .

Unless it is really bad, a person about to be homeless will give you a few bucks for it and take it away.
Around here a "hunting trailer" sells for about $300. Those are little travel trailers worth so little that they can be abandoned in the mountains if you get snowed in while elk hunting.
