Good evening to all here and especially Cyn and DH. I wish everyone a positive and bright day tomorrow no matter what the skies bring.
I've learned much from reading the thread and I'm not close to being in the shoes of others here..I'm not a Primary Care Giver
yet, based on the posts but am watching my mom die a little each day..The dementia is slow but noticeable..And i know what comes after that.

Will continue to read/learn and wish everyone good karma and love..

Be well all!

Good morning dear friends.
Brienzi, I am so happy you are getting some good information from this thread...that is what is what I wanted it for--not only to help me--which it does tremendously but to help others in similar situations. We all need a friend, support, and a helping hand. This is where I come to get it all.I am so pleased it helps others too. This is a wonderful group of good people here--people you can trust! I pray for the best for both you and your mom.
Good morning elston and LilyLady! Hope you are having a nice day and staying warm!

Not sure why but am having one of those days when out of the blue I feel like crying. I always feel a bit down lately of course but today is just a little more emotional then usual--probably all that has been going on....holidays, illness, babies just everything. I suppose it just sometimes catches up with you--and it seems to have done that today but I will shake it off and try to keep my mind occupied!

It does catch up with you, and it's perfectly understandable. All you got going on, and the I'd guess the dark dreary winter weather doesn't help either. It's perfectly ok to acknowledge it, and to indulge yourself however you can to help you feel better.

And hugs, of course hugs (((((Cyn))))))!

Oh gosh those hugs feel so very very good tonight! I just wish you were right here giving me those hugs but this is the second best thing and boy do I need them tonight! Like I said--it's just been one of those days. I know not feeling very good doesn't help--I am a real baby when it comes to being sick! I just want to go to bed and I can't. I'll feel better tomorrow. Those exercises made me feel nauseous--made me dizzy but I guess that is what they are suppose to do but I didn't get the prescription to help with the motion sickness so maybe I shouldn't do the exercises until I get the medication tomorrow at the pharmacy??!! Probably! Tonight I will get these dishes done and I am heading for my chair--and going to sleep! Now that sounds like heaven to me.
Again Travelassie--thank you for taking the time to share some much needed hugs with me.

Your not a baby, your only human. Us humans cry when in pain or just feeling the blues lol..

Sounds like your going to your most comfortable place "the chair" which is good..Go to your comfort zone.

I'm a caveman type guy and sometimes just cry..Anyone that says Real men don't cry is full of crap. I can get wrapped up
in my folks situation mentally and tears come out and after the tears i usually feel better..

Hope you feel better tomorrow as there are many bugs going around.. Be well as best you can friend..
