Do not give up! Try your luck with the neighbor again. Keep walking the neighborhood. Can you contact a local cat rescue group for help? My fingers are crossed. I know the feeling.

Aw, I sure hope you find your kitties. I'm pretty paranoid about my little guy escaping. Every time I go out on the deck to smoke, he's really fascinated by the outside and the moving door. He lurks there until I come back in. I'm going to get him microchipped, for all the good it will do me.

I wish they could market an actual GPS tracking chip with a cellphone app you could either implant or put on a collar to find missing animals. Wonder if such a thing is out there? My boy is pro at hiding, it would be very hard to find him if he got out.

The thorough search for hiding nearby makes sense to me. Hope you found some better news today.

((Big Hug)) - best wishes on finding your kitties. I'm certain they are close by; patience and perseverence will be key in locating the missing furballs. Keep us posted.

Me, too. Hoping for the best...I can't imagine that any pet owner (speaking of the dog people who refuse to help) wouldn't be empathetic. You can bet they'd ask for help finding their dogs had they disappeared.

Its now 2 weeks and no sign.

I have postered and placed ads in all local newspapers and on gumtree.

I've posted on a Lost Animal site on fb, and tomorrow I am going to local shops to beg them to put posters up.

I've even gone to the police.

I've emailed all the vets locally.

Nothing.

I hope there is still a chance that they will show up although I don't understand how you could have just left without them.

Still thinking good thoughts for you and them but it is horrible news that they haven't shown up.
