Jackson Galaxy is getting involved. If anyone can help them reach a positive outcome I think it will be him...
Agreed! He's had mind blowing success with troubled kitties and btw, his new season starts April 26th too from the article on his intervention with the mentioned cat. Cat whisperer heading to Oregon after attack

I hope he tells them that the cat said, "stop letting the baby pull my tail and then kicking me when I react like a normal cat is going to react, and maybe I'll stop acting psycho on you".

A much better outcome would be for the cat to find a better home. Unless they really, really love the cat (which I doubt), and are willing to educate themselves about cat behavior AND keep tabs on their toddler, then the cat is better off somewhere else.
I wish Jackson Galaxy good luck, but he won't be able to fix this one unless these people realize that THEY are the problem.
Agreed. Thanks for posting the article. I like Jackson Galaxy and "My Cat from Hell" but this is not a case for that show. The cat needs a new home away from his idiot owners.
Actually, I've noticed that the problems he's solving on his show are not "cat from hell" problems. They are "humans don't speak cat" problems. Once he clarifies what is actually going on with the cat and why it's acting out, it's always because there are needs the cat has which aren't being addressed.
In order for this to work with Lux's family, they are going to have to LISTEN to him, and change their behavior...and that is pretty much what he expects from all of the humans he helps. Giving them "homework" and all of that. Paws crossed for a happy outcome, whether that means this family getting things straight, or a more suitable home for Lux.
I do agree however that I think the family only took the cat back because they are going to be on TV.
They just keep right on making themselves look worse, don't they?
