so today, both kitties were in the livingroom. Iggy was laying there looking at Chloe and pretending not to. she was up on the kitty perch, just having herself a good ole time. When suddenly, she decided to take matters into her own paws. She leapt off the perch, and with her back arched up and teeny kitten hisses and meows, went after Iggy in a full tilt run!!! You should have seen poor Iggy!!! lol, he didnt know what to think! he took off as fast as he could, backwards! The look on his face! oh my!! I was so impressed though, he did not hiss or swipe at her at all! I kept talking to him, telling him what a wonderful and good boy he is, then reached down at slowly pet him while still talking to him. He just sat there and watched this crazy little furball who was now off pouncing on toys. after awhile, she got bored and wandered off, and Iggy followed her all over the place, just watching her like she was the oddest little thing he'd ever encountered. lol Occasionally, she will turn back around and start running after him, and poor Iggy, he makes a mad dash as fast as HE can w/o ever taking his eyes off her. We put her back in the room after some time (kittens need nap time too) and gave Iggy extra attention. He kept meowing at me like "What IS that thing and PLEASE tell me its going away!!!"
Heck no. Shes a kick!!! What sass in such a bitty little furball! Shes gonna be a hoot, thats for sure!!

Chloe is too cute for words. She's just a tiny thing and yet seems to have a HUGE personality. What fun for all of you, except for Iggy. LOL. I'm so glad Anni has a new kitty to love on.

Default Chloe

She's a cutie patootie!! makes me want a baby kitty.....but Annabelle would probably eat her!!! She raised holy heck Friday night because one of the neighbors kitties was eating the catnip I stuck in the ground in the flower bed at the mailbox. It broke off one of the plants and I didn't want to throw it out, so I just stuck it in the dirt. Took root and exploded. She was growling and making bagpipe noises and Bubba was hiding so she wouldn't take out her frustration on him. When I looked out the other window all I could do was laugh. And protect Bubba

It sounds like Iggy and Chloe are playing together. That's a good sign.

Congratulations! Chloe is beautiful, but Iggy probably has already figured out that she will be the boss.
