I'd like to see him use his show at times to interview troubled gay youth..maybe even several at once...showing that they're all in it togetherer. -- all the while being interviewed and supported by a gay icon.
Not at all surprising. It was clear as day he was gay, just like Ricky Martin and Clay Aiken. I like Andy because he's a good personality. His sexual orientation doesn't change that.
I have read a lot of Anderson. His Aunt was a dear friend of mine. He felt as if his personal life had nothing to do with is professional life and therefore he was mute about it. Certainly his prerogative. And he was that way for many years. He has said the terrible toll bullying has taken on young gays is why HE CHANGED HIS MIND. Also something all of us can do. He does not need publicity nor more press. His career is fine. He has just now decided to take a step which might help. Why do you have to see something sinister with that?

So who puts any stock in Star Jones? she is the one whose career is in trouble. Remember she is the one who used her place on the View to get all sorts of freebies for her sham marriage. i can see why she would think everybody else is of her same mentality.
