I keep seeing Whitney Houston all over the television as if she is some amazing controversy sensation. It is so irritating because it is obvious that she has lost her voice and her story is so sordid and low class that it actually cheapens my respect for her. It makes me not like her or appreciate her singing.

She's just trying to divert attention away from her rival, Mariah. It's musical politics.
Although I hate Mariah's so-called singing. I at least have more respect for her. She is always pleasant and charming in interviews and doesn't appear to be weighed down with a billion sordid issues.

Every time I turn around she is leaching off of Oprah. And Oprah has no clue. She keeps praising Whitney as if she is still the #1 singer of 1989. Times have changed.
