Whitney Houston looks bloated and sweaty as she delivers another disappointing show (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-1284711/Whitney-Houston-looks-sweaty-bloated-delivers-disappointing-show.html - broken link) - UK Daily Mail

It was billed as a triumphant comeback, but Whitney Houston's tour is not exactly panning out that way.

The 46-year-old singer, who looked bloated and sweaty on stage, delivered another disastrous performance in Denmark over the weekend.

While fans were at first eager to welcome her back to the spotlight after a highly publicised battle against drug addiction, many have been left disappointed with her shows in recent months.

She seems to be her own worst enemy.

It's a shame, she could have been one of the greats in her late age. She was on top of the world in the 80's & 90's now look at her. Again, she is the one that made her bed.

she really, really needs to just stop singing and just retire. her voice is gone, no sense in her embarrassing herself any longer (or having people waste their money on this mess)

I frankly don't know what people expect from Whitney. She peaked maybe 22-23 years ago, then got involved with low class thug Bobby Brown. This represented the beginning of the end and her decline has been steady. This latest revival is some desperate attempt to regain some sense of self-worth, I suppose. Tragic that part of this battle is being witnessed publically. I say this like I know her, but I don't. I might even be way off.

I'd like to see her abandon her music career and get her arse back in school. Maybe she can get a PhD. She's still somewhat attractive for her age. Maybe she can become a Psychiatrist or train other budding talent to excel and not make the same mistakes she made if she can find worth in that.

Further education is her way out though. Otherwise, she will simply languish and regress, maybe even go back to the bottom with thug Bobby. I wish her well though. Her music certainly gave me a great deal of pleasure when she was at her peak.

Whitney Houston as a shrink? Seriously? That a faster way for her to go broke!

I got it - she can be a judge on American Idol. No advanced degree is required. She can jump in with both feet on day one.

maybe folks were expecting her to have the staying power of Barbara Streisand, Celine Dion, or even Cher (is she STILL touring?). Whitney could have still been relevant today, could have still even kept her voice (though maybe she wouldn't be able to hit those high notes anymore), but she ruined her voice w/ drugs and smoking and ruined her career by marrying BB.

Whitney is from a family of famous singers. I think the music biz is all she knows and I don't see her pursuing anything outside the entertainment industry. she could maybe still do movies, assuming she gets her act together

Come one Alexus! Allow that woman to take blame for her own down fall. Bobby didn't have anything to do with her drug use. That behavior was in her. She just needed to meet someone on her level.

The problem: the world saw her as innocent Whitney. She married Bobby, yall thought she married beneath her. She married her counterpart.
