A little over a year ago that location franchise was sold and the new owners did strange things, like drastically limiting soup and sandwich selections, closing on the weekends, then only open until early afternoon when they were open. And then they closed for good sometime in the last couple of months.
The new franchise owner is a member of the Ladles "family" so we know dining there will once again be a pleasant experience. That location always seemed to be busy whenever we would go - and the soups and sandwiches are great!
