Yup, agreed. Although I don't shop at those stores much either unless it's online. Thing is, I expect that kind of service at a mall teen store (American Eagle, Hollister, etc), but at a local thrift store, I guess I expect the workers to be nicer...

I haven't been to a consignment shop here but did go to one in the Atlanta area. Same thing, they won't give you as much as you think for the clothes and the stock they have is limited. I think it's the business.
