We are possibly moving to the Charleston area this Spring. I have more than 20 years of experience as a server/bartender/front house manager in fine dining, and will be looking for employment at one of the better restaurants....any suggestions?? I'm talking very upscale...the kind of place with a serious wine cellar, Sommelier on staff, offers 7-8 course Chef's Tasting menus, etc. I have looked online and found several establishments that seem to fit the bill, but don't know which ones are the most popular....
You mean besides, Peninsula Grill, Poogans Porch, High Cotton, McCrady's, 82 Queen, Charlesotn Grill, Circa 1886, Halls Chophouse, STARS, S.N.O.B., husk, Magnolia's, Fig, Oak Steakhouse, Hank's, Tristan, and The MacIntosh?

That's just downtown Charleston
I believe Tristan is closing in April. But yes, most restaurants downtown are upscale.
Langdon's and Opal in Mt Pleasant. And the Granery just opened recently in Mt P.
