We LOVE northstone- LOVE IT! But- we have found that:
1- houses are more expensive than in mooresville
2- the schools are not good *unless you get into a charter school

Mooresville: schools are good
Many houses have 3 stories & nice lots
CHEAP taxes if in ISS school district.

what are your thoughts??
