As some of you already know I'm moving to the Concord/Kannapolis area in 2012 and am currently doing my research before the move. Anyways. As my main goal is to buy a house, during my first year I will be renting. I've noticed that apartments currently go for an average of $800 a month (give or take depending on the property). If possible I would much prefer to rent a house, but I don't know where to look online or what a nice house (age doesn't matter, but it HAS to be in good shape) rents for in the area. My reason for wanting a house over apartments are probably obvious. A house is quieter, more private a usually has more personal space. Apartments area okay. Not a fan of living on top of each other. So Where can I go online to look at house for rent in the Concord/Kannapolis area?
