Charmeck needs to destroy---I mean gentrify ---all surrounding neighborhoods of NoDA before I would recommend or consider living there. Driving down N. Davidson to 36th is scary enough itself.

I jog daily from uptown to NoDa and back on Davidson at either 7am or 8pm-usually near-dark. In fact, I've been doing it for 2 years now. Never had a problem. I wouldn't say the scenery is great, but I've never actually seen anthing that would indicate a crime problem in the area other than rundown, vacant buildings and houses. Just the perspective of 1 person.
