When you "got go" to them I'm sure they WERE very nice, not sure why that makes my statement that they are mostly empty, which is in fact true and is easily verifiable, 'odd'.

By the way the three buildings you mentioned aren't even leased buildings which is what the conversation is entirely about..

@JimmySmile: Thanks for validating my statement with actual pictures..
Please no more 2+2=1,000 type stuff..

What do you expect them to look like? I'm pretty sure the building's franchisers wanted to keep a nice and clean building-unlike your house probably.

I expect them to be populated and busy like I'm being criticized for saying they're not.. Instead of illogical posts that look like trolling or even visually and logically validate my statement..

You are not being criticized, you are just wrong. 3WFC and Duke are full and employ a large number of people including fixed income traders, WFC execs, Duke execs, law firms, accounting firms, etc.....not sure what you are seeing or if you are even in these buildings. If you are seen taking pictures in there, you will be escorted out.

The downtown workforce is in the 100k neighborhood.

Again, you use buildings that aren't even leased for the argument that I'm supposedly 'wrong' about. Put that with images that basically demonstrate what I've been saying since the first post..

If you go to ANY leased high-rise in uptown my statements are instantly validated, as stated in my very first post on this subject..

Now continue with the -you're wrong because I say so- posts..

^^^ I don't understand what these folks are arguing about. The vacancy rate uptown is, what it is. I work there. Space is very hard to come by now Uptown, parking rates are high as hell, and restaurants at lunch time are as crowded as they ever been, and choice hotel rooms are often hard to get. That's because people are actually in these buildings working.

You are wrong not because I say so but because it is not reality. I am downtown everyday and see it.

I agree. The downtown office market needs more inventory. If you go to lunch at noon, you will wait. And, as I said earlier, the hotel market is underserved.

The funniest comment is downtown office space used as storage facilities.
