I am planning to relocate to either Cleveland or Gaston County and am looking for a good realtor. I have contacted 4 realtors and they don't even acknowlege me. Is the market so brisk that they do not need any business?
I am looking for someone with a construction background and a good sense of the area.

I'd recommend you try Tim Leadbetter. He has received national recognition for some of his development projects, and he was even recognized by the Secretary of HUD. He has 30+ years of experience. Check out his site www.timleadbetter.com (broken link) and you can check his resume and see articles written about him and awards he has won. His cell is 704.618.1200.

or, if you are look for a Realtor/Broker who will act solely as your "buyer's agent", I have used Steph Kronen from Prudential numerous times. Two of my friends have as well, and they were utterly astonished with her level of service! Call her and tell her "JamesUptown" referred you, she'll meet you for coffee and help you out asap! her cel is 704-507-2351

Tim Leadbetter is a Realtor/Broker who works as a Buyer's Agent. He has an extensive background in construction like MK was asking for.
