Reputable buyers agent (offering rebate)? (Charlotte: discount, good, people)

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has worked with a buyers ageint that is offering a rebate (ie 1-2%). I need a reputable agent with experience in S. Charlotte area.

I hope this won't stir up too many people's emotions on a controversial issue but I really need a recommendation.

I think the discount has to be on the HUD statement. DM if you want a suggestion on a good buyers agent
