Just putting the word out that I will be looking for a fellow "Lawsonite" to play tennis with after I move in this July. I love to play, for fun that is, and rarely can find a partner. I have been trying to get back into the game now that the weather in NY is cooperating. When I played on in a league I was rated 2.0 (whatever that means). I am not sure how long I will last in the NC heat but I would love to find someone else that would like to play as well. Also, I have to lose the 20 pounds of "stress weight" I have put on in the past few years!

Try joining Weddington Swim and Racquet. It's not far from you and there are a lot of members at all levels to play with.

I will be living in Lawson and just looking for a friendly game of tennis once in a while. Just wondering if any others in Lawson would be looking for someone to play tennis with. Won't have the money to join a formal tennis club when I move in there in July.
