And you dont get a breeze because the buildings block it...Toronto is brutally hot during the summer because of that

I'm feeling it too!

I went to a wedding this weekend in Niagara Falls, NY. Between the cool temps (60s) and the major mist from the Falls, it was pretty chilly out there. I get back to Charlotte and it's in the 90s. Crazy weather pendulum!

True.

There is usally a breeze Uptown on the street level caused by the buildings...but we are on the 4th/5th floor and there is no breeze except for when it is slightly windy.

It was 48 degrees for a high when I was up there 2 weeks ago...it got warmer into the 60s/70s after that and it was nice. I came out about $40 ahead at Seneca Niagara Casino

(I lived right next to the Falls on Grand Island; my mom still lives there. My xgf worked at the Falls State Park).

This weather is absolutley perfect!! This is what I moved back to the South for. I love the heat...I love the humidity..although todays humidity wasn't bad at all. Charlotte is truly blessed by the weather gods.

Y'all are making me jealous! I want to be back South. It is 48 degrees today in Salt LAke and snowing in the mountains. The year I moved here, I got sleeted on the first time I put out my garbage cans in June.

Living in Florida most of my life I got use to the heat. I normally do my outdoor things in the morning and at dusk when it was cooler outside. If I was outside for a peak amount of time during midday, I would bring plenty of fluids.

Oh I miss having an attic fan . They are great for NC spring and fall weather just pop open some windows in various points in your home and turn it own and feel the breeze but they do have a history of the motor getting to hot.
