Hey, Barking! No actual problems w/ the gutters b/c I hired someone several years ago (after the first gutter debacle) to repair the messes the dudes had made. So we do not actually have "bad" gutters at this point. But they dinged them up w/ ladders and so they don't look good at places (to me). None is failing but they also need cleaning out. So we were just gonna solve the whole thing by putting in new ones w/ gutter guards (less worry about cleaning out!!!!)

What I am going to do is just get them cleaned out for now . . .

I don't blame you and would have done the same. Had a similar issue with my hardwood flooring. The builder needed to replace them and they did. Of course a non English speaking crew except for their foreman who spoke very broken English shows up and they were hacks. So after a crappy job done I of course needed repairs done and told them do not send the same crew back otherwise you will just be wasting my time and their time as I will not allow them inside of my home again. Needless to say the next day the same 4 hacks show up. So I politely opened the door and asked what they were doing here. The replied, To fix your floors. Nope! No your not, not my floors, you guys are not welcomed here. I specifically asked for a better crew you guys are a nightmare and should not be allowed to do hardwood flooring. Guy was kind of shocked. Got a great crew back the following day. Keep in mind the whole day they were pulling up the old floors etc I told them they damaged 4 doors on my cabinets which they tried denying and also put hammer dents in the floors and tried to tell me they were not there. So that is why I was just plain rude to them when they showed up the following day. I'm a pr*ck but not that big a pr*ck!
