I don't know if that would be that popular in Charlotte. Charlotte isn't one of those old redneck cities, its one of the biggest banking cities in the world with almost 2 million people living here now.

Well being that Charlotte is a growing city, it focuses on bringing in things like shopping centers, schools for all ages, starbucks, haris teeters on every bloody corner, fitiness places, churches of every denomination. I don't see a city finding that a XXX store would exactly be that big on benifiting a city.

Also Charlotte has strict zoning laws about where xxx stores can be located and that usually a considerable distance from the things you listed above.
