Speaking of Soup Nazi, The Soup Man uptown is terrible! It is overpriced and the soup is not very good to begin with.

Some of their soups were terrific when he first opened. I haven't been since my office was moved out of Hearst Tower. But he was terribly expensive for a bowl of soup. I went a few times then the novelty wore off.

I found it funny that all the articles about Seinfeld in there were saying he hated the way he was portrayed, but how much do you want to bet he capitalized on the press?

Yes, quite expensive, but the soups I had weren't bad. Of course now I don't work in uptown anymore so haven't been in a while.

I wonder how many of us have crossed paths, maybe even chatted in a store or uptown waiting for lunch? Just an interesting thought.

it not local unfortunately. I moderate other forums than Charlotte and I see it there.
Im also tired of drive by posters who ask question then you never hear from them again.
I like posters like you guys who do ask question back on the op least it a good way to know if they are just being lazy and not using google.
Keep up the good work guys you are valuable to this forum.

We need to wear T-shirts or caps that say City Data on them when we go out, LOL.

Or have a secret handshake or something.

Thanks, Sunny. I shouldn't have popped off. The majority of posters are very grateful for any help we give them. Heck, we all ask questions here regularly! So it is not the typical for people to act snippy.
