I have several "faves". The hill behind the old Freedom Dr Mall @ the old drive in theater. Independence Blvd headed east to west as soon as you go around the curve at Albemarle. (love how the new Wachovia tower expands the width of the skyline from that perspective), the Central Ave bridge where it crosses Independence Blvd.
I-85, traveling north or south, between the I-77 and Stateville Road exits. One day, at about 4:30AM in the morning, I'm going to grab a ladder, park on the highway shoulder, and snap some pictures, LOL!
