I am new to Charlotte and do not know anyone. I am 24 years old and looking for an apartment where young singles live.Due to the equal housing laws realtors have not been that helpful with this. I have an intense job that prevents me from going out or joining interest groups to meet people and the average age of the people I work with is 45. Can anyone give me suggestions of a good apartment? I'm interested in the southpark/myers park area?

Hmmm, I think uptown or South End would have a larger population of 20-somethings than South Park/Myers Park.

If you've got time to meet people at your apartment complex, you've got time to meet people other places, too. www.meetup.org
