There's not too much right next to Ovens, but the Elizabeth neighorhood is very nearby (5 minutes). I'd consider this one right on Elizabeth Ave.
On Central, close to Ovens, and a great place to eat.
LULU dine | wine It's a bit less expensive than Carpe Diem/Customshop and the atmosphere is a bit livelier, although the other suggestions are good, too.

I would suggest the restaurants Uptown. Several options and you have a straight shot to Ovens on Independence. Maybe 5 minutes tops from Uptown.
