Thinking of getting a vinyl fence for the back yard when we move, looking at 80% privacy 4 ft fence something like that.

Anybody used any fencing companies, that they would like to recommend?

I gott be honest with you. I really dont see much, If any privacy, viny fences down here. Atleast not in Waxhaw, Weddington, Marvin area. Lots of the black aluminumn type. We used Independent Pool and Fence. They were great. Owners on site always

Forge Fence Systems just replaced about 40% of my old split-rail fence. They custom-built two new gates on site, replaced a number of posts and rails, and replaces a bunch of wire containment fencing as well. They did a great job.

In addition to being one of the top-rated Angie's List fence companies, they were also the only company that would repair my existing fence. The other fence companies insisted on replacing the entire fence or nothing at all.

We used Suburban Fence in Monroe. They were great. Worked well with us, and gave a fair price. Got three estimates and they were middle of the road.

Well, in Charlotte and Huntersville in particular, vinyl is about all one will see 75% of the time, especially in all these new neighborhoods.

I am in the fence market, too. I'm going to Home Depot this week and asking for whomever they contract with so I can compare the pricing and check references for the various companies they use. My parents just did that and it was quick, efficient, and affordable.

I would have loved to have gotten vinyl. Our HOA only allows 4ft picket in pine or cedar or 4 or 5 ft black aluminum. Period. No other choices. With the maintenance involved with wood, we chose the black aluminum but really wanted white vinyl 6ft stockade LOL.

Our HOA only allows 4ft but they do allow 80% privacy Vinyl

There are sone nice 4ft fences around, but do not want to have to install it myself, to much work for that.

Our new fence was just installed by Town and Country Fence. They sent a very nice crew who did lots of little requests for us while they were here. We would certainly recommend them.

Default fences

Our HOA only allows wrought iron or aluminim fencing also. Anything local in the Monroe area?

Farah with Suburban Fence! What a nice lady! We priced out several fence companies and Farah RETURNED OUR CALL when we called, actually SHOWED UP when she said she would, gave us the most competitive price and employs professionals.
We are very happy with Suburban Fence: 704-847-0266
