You will save yourself some money if you bring you realtor with you to the studio.

They get commison as part of the sales prices. The bonuses are from ratings surveys (Beazer actually paid people $100 to lie on their surveys).

Wow, when I was there about 2-3weeks ago...I was NOT pressured at all...My Rep was the assistant manager (Shannon). She said whatever I wanted is what we will select.

I agree I was never pressured by the sales team. The only person who tried to pressure me was that tech guy trying to sell me cables and and central vac. But that was it

I also had my realtor with me so that probably made a difference.

My wife and I thought the studio was great!

Far as the tech\cables, I got the standard wiring package, I wanted ethernet heads on 3 boxes, phone on 1. When do I tell the guy that? Or will they just do phone on all 4?? Or am I missing something about standard wiring? hehe

What kind of a problem did you have with Shannon?
The only problem that I had with her was, that she left on Vacation the day after I did the first step of selecting options, so when i called her the next day she was gone. But I wouldn't use that against her, due to the fact that she was back for oour finalization phone call.

We did not get Shannon, but she seems awesome. She speaks very well and she points you in the right direction. I would recommend her if you are going to the studio, or ask for Tammy.
