I run a small family business in NJ. And if we move the business. I will need around 6-7k square feet to rent. With just a small space for offices. Just wondering where I should look? I am looking to live in SE Charlotte (Matthews). And want to find something that wouldn't be far, in a bad neighborhood or expensive. Also, just an idea of what the price per square foot cost to rent?
I saw some warehouse/office space in Monroe that didn't look too expensive. Its looks about 15-20 minutes away from where I might look to buy a home. Just wondering how Monroe is?
Brookshire Blvd in NW Charlotte has some warehouse space that has sat for awhile, I think lack of need and advertisement keeps them empty. I would expect they would be dirt cheap at this point. Brookshire takes you straight to Independence and isn't too bad of a hike.
The University area (Stetson Drive 28262) is where we are located but that's farther away from you. I think we're paying like 7/SF, and we have about 10,000 SF. There are smaller ones on the street also.
check out the Area just north of NODA (36th and davidson st.) on Davidson St. There are quite a few warehouse out here. Ours is like 6500 SQ and the rents like 1800 a month. For some reason we have 8 phase power but that was just luck.
Hi, did you find your wharehouse space. I am in Kernersville, NC and have lots of wharehouse space. Wanted to see if you were interested or knew of anyone that may be interested in wharehouse space. Thanks!
If you are in Matthews, I'd look at Indian Trail. There is an area right off Independence (74) which is fairly close to 485. Most of the units have two or three offices in front and warehouse in the back. The cross street is Technology dr.
