I am having them come for a free in house consultation and provide a design and quote for a MBR walk-in closet. Has anyone done business with them and could you provide some feedback as to their pricing compared to competitors, as well as their service level? TIA.
I had three different closet companies come in for a quote on a storage cabinet for my small bathroom. They were the most economic and very flexible with my design. The owner conduted the consultation herself. She was very knowledgeable about their product. I had no idea there would be so many choices or that it would be so easy. They installed my cabinet on a saturday morning so I did not have to take off from work. The installer did a very professional job. I couldn't be happier. My cabinet is both lovely and functional. I am so happy with this purchase that I am having them come back to quote my bedroom closets!
May I ask which other companies you have contacted? I have not lined up any other at this point and think it is irresponsible of me not to have at least one other to compare with. I'm just very pleased that so far, all the reviews about Closet Tailors are positive!
Thank you. Someone from Closet Tailors came out to measure and create a design, and submit a price during the consultation...very personable lady and easy to work with. I did ask Closets By Design, another firm with offices off Westinghouse Blvd to come and do the same. Anybody with experience with them, please share both good and bad. Designer was just as personable, and has a different approach in terms of base materials vs upgrades compared to Closet Tailors. It will be interesting to see what she comes up with in terms of design and cost. Both were prompt and professional.
