I think I may go with AGS. He told me he could do $25 a month for cell monitoring with no upfront fees or install charges. I only have to do a one year contract.

The home we are buying already has a system installed. Right now the sellers have it monitored by ADT.

That is why I was blown away when they told me a three year commitment is required.

Even it that is not the case, I would then have to buy the equipment myself, install it, and still have to sign a contract.

Wevie just make certain you sign what ASG stated. When they installed the cell they told me it would be an extra $5 a month but when they sent the rider it looked like $15 and I called to clarify and it was $5. If you pay every six months there is no fee associated with the billing.

I believe it is something like $3-5. Can't remember but I know I didn't want to pay it. Landtronix used to be monthly but when ASG took them over things changed but still have security central in Lake Norman. Call and ask. Actually you are $2 cheaper then me so why ask for more. I was at $22 then $5 a month more for when they added the cell plus $125.
