In Cook county, from closest to the North side of Chicago to least closest, please.

Thank you so much!

Evanston and Skokie are obvious.

But the one north suburb that is actually imbedded in the city is Lincolnwood which is surrounded on three sides by the big city around it and even shares some municipal services with the city.

There isn't even a downtown Lincolnwood, so much of the shopping is done across city limits as well.

Is Lincolnwood directly northeast of Chicago or would that be that Evanston?

Northeast of Chicago is the lake. You can also look at a map....

My pleasure, though I just looked at that map and it shows Uptown north of Edgewater, which is incorrect. They are reverse.

My bad on that map.

Des Plaines, Park Ridge and Rosemont also border the city on the north, though Rosemont has little housing. Two suburbs, Norridge and Harwood Heights, are surrounded by Chicago.

As said above, a map would suffice.

That map is garbage. What the hell is "Polish Village?"
