I feel like I should comment here, because people like to throw the "racist" term very easily. But just because a neighborhood is not diverse, it does not mean racism. The lack of diversity does not equal to racism.

There's only one color that counts when it comes to living in such neighborhoods, and it's the color green, I'm sure you can guess what that means.

Yes, HP is most definitely a well-established Jewish enclave. I lived there for 15 years.
