I'd trade the Cubs for RCA Studio B.

The Cubs should move near their fan base, Florida.

City of Chicago Mayor's office and County Assessor's Office playing tag with corporate BANKS, to leave thousands of abandoned buildings (dope fiend and rape structures) standing, so they can make money from tax sales and other greedy deals involving real estate transfers, is a bigger CRIME.

It's unusual for police to give out that information unless they feel it has some bearing on their investigation, so if the police release the info the media reports it. Hell, why would they even bother testing his BAC unless something was clearly going on with the guy. There's clearly more to this story than we know at this point.

Someone told me the biggest criminals in Chicago are the elected officials in city hall.

There is definitely more to this story, it is amazing that the guy who was beaten with the 2x4 wasn't passed out or dead with the BAC he had. I guess I just don't understand it because people have a right to get as hammered as they want in this country. If the guy was doing something before he got beaten then just say that, don't point out that he was drunk.

I think the point was to assure the public this wasn't just some random event that happened to someone exercising ordinary caution and judgment whilst out and about.

Nervy thing to do. A lot of guys who are in shape would be more than capable of grabbing that 2 x 4 and beating the perp half to death with it.

The man was drunk enough to kill himself. At 1:30 PM.
