Smile Just a comment

How many square feet? My husband would love an office condo! In our area, we would be looking at $450K to buy it; don't know about renting...

Is this a residential condo? If so, sounds like a great deal!

I can't load the website, but usually garden apartments are basement apartments.

Yep, your apartment will be the one with the windows a couple of feet above the ground with the entrance under the stairs. If you are cool with that, then go for it. The price seems good, especially with utilities included.

Not to be off topic, but I notice the listing says "no kids." Can they do that?

Not bad, but I would insist the landlord put security bars over the windows. Make sure you at lease one dead bolt on each outside door.

Get renters insurance too!

When I was 20 I called about an ad for an apartment and the landlord flat out told me I was "too young." I called the city and Washington. Both told me the age discrimination part of law only protects senior citizens. WTF is that?! I do not know if the people I talked to just did not know the law correctly, did not want to pursue it and were discriminating against me themselves, just flat out lied,or maybe the law does not protect age discrimination against the young...Crazy huh?

I never pursued the matter with a lawyer, maybe I should have.
