I live right on Sheridan, and have actually been surprised how nice and calm the street is. I walk around Broadway just 200 feet away and it can get a little "festive". I keep my windows open all the time though facing Sheridan, and it's like you're living down on Wellington or something.

Last week I walked by a huge group there too. One of the guys was yelling at a woman for "always bringing the po-lice around". That place must get police calls almost daily for the sketchy **** that goes on there. And it's right up the street from District 23.
