I know I am not but judging by some of the fundies on this site, they think they do; after all if they weren't how could they speak for God so absolutely as they do?
Because as it is written: I live, yet not I for Christ lives in me. So, each Christian has authority and audience to the throneroom of God the Father.
NO. That's my answer, and neither is anyone else. Where do people get off saying they're perfect? NO ONE is perfect, and Jesus did not die to make us perfect, he died to save us from our sins. Did you catch that? Save us from OUR SINS.....we sin, therefore we are not perfect. Get over yourselves.
I am perfect in Christ Jesus. That is when the Father looks upon me all he can see is Jesus and what Jesus did on the cross. I am clean. I am perfect and in right standing with God.

Maybe I should have specified, "Are you perfect in and of yourself?" To those who believe they're perfect, would that have made a difference? Do you make a distinction between being "perfect in Christ" and "being perfect on your own"?
I'm convinced from some of the responses that man is a dangerous creature; and that he is ever grasping for that of power and being perfect, not becoming perfect.

In Matthew 5: 41-48.....``Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefuly use you and presecute you.....That you may be the children of your Father, which is in Heaven for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good and sendeth rain on the just and the unjust, for if you love them which love you what reward have you?...Be you therfore perfect, even as your Father which is in Heaven is perfect..``.......Jesus calls us to be perfect...Like in Matthew 5:9...``Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called the Children Of God``......
Being Imperfect has plenty of room for dreams of obtaining your desires of greatness.
