See today not enough people are willing to fight for the word of God and give into to evil to dictate what is lawful and what is not while the word is trampled rather than the serpants head.

We need to serve God by promoting His word and fighting the evil of this world. There are laws that should not even be consided if Christians had adhered to their mission instead of getting sidetracked by worldly gain.

Sorry for rambling but so much to say that falls on deaf ears. Politics is a way today for Christians to fight evil and we need all the support we can get considering we will be the enemy of this world once again.
And yet Jesus was very clear: "he who lives by the sword will die by the sword." Whether we take this literally or symbolically, I think His message was clear: violence begets violence.

And, looking at Jesus' actions, we see the highest degree of love: suffering unjustly willingly. He laid down His life, and gave us this example to follow. He never used violence, and neither did His disciples/apostles. Never.

That is why those who throw bombs and talk of revolution are wrong. They haven't been converted, they live according to the flesh. Furthermore, they don't understand that one government replaces another, but the same tyranny just keeps on going. It'll never stop. For the Christian, our warfare is not carnal, but spiritual. Calling people to reconciliation with their Maker.

The only way to stop the tyranny is by following Christ. God is our only Savior. We can trust Him, because He is faithful and true. He protects us, He guides us, and He teaches us. We don't need to rely on human government when we have Christ. He is the end of the Law to those who believe. That is how we are set free.

People talk about being free, and living in a free country. But their freedom is not real. They live under the illusion of freedom. The only true Freedom is in Christ.
Aisi.

Blessings,
brian

See there are many nations of the world who turn their backs on truth from God and abide in the kingdom of darkness as civil libertarianism's , and liberal idealist , and seem to have power in the governments of the world , ...Which seem to make Freedom of religion in some secular countries a second hand right ..... So the world goes 180 degrees away from God and His ways and character , the True Church of Christ can get drawn into compromising the faith , but will need to get Jesus to make a plan for their survival in the world as laws against God are developed which lead people away from truth and ethics of Heaven ..... On example of changing laws are the nations developing laws which make it illegal to condone homo sexual lifestyle , and recognize it as natural which is what they desire , which overrules the spiritual ideas of the church and accepts sin which will give authority to the adversary spirits .....And bully laws are being developed which rejects the sin ideas of Heaven which could make it illegal to advise people to be free through Jesus Holy Spirit...

And Jesus' life on earth was a living testimony to how hostile the flesh is to the Spirit. Jesus did what was right, even at the risk of offending the religious heirarchy. He didn't need to "make a revolution"-- He IS the revolution! Oh, that those in power would come to know Jesus as Lord!!

Doing what is righteous is what walking in the Spirit is all about. I don't always do as I ought, but at least I have the Spirit of God to show me when I am wrong. Natural governments can't do this, and neither would they want to.

Blessings,
brian
