Amen. Few believe this truth. And, many here labor, as we do, to make it's truth known. It's what we who believe, have been called by the Spirit of Jesus, are to witness concerning.
And, it's foolishness to those who do not believe.

No it does not mean ALL will be saved. Christ is the Savior for all, but His salvation becomes effective only for those who trust Him as their Savior and ask Him into their heart.

Dear ILNC, you are correct that God saves those who believe Christ died for our sins. Of course there is no verse which says one is saved if one asks Christ into their heart. But beside that, it is due to God giving one faith in the first place which enables us to believe, otherwise we couldn't believe.
But the believing is for age-during life in the future. It is not that those who don't believe won't EVER see life but that they won't see age-during life. Such ones who do not believe must wait till the end of the ages to be saved.
That's our point too. As Paul also instructed Timothy, it IS God's will that all WILL believe (be saved), and come to a knowledge of this truth, to be testified in it's own times.
1Ti 2:4 who doth will all men to be saved, and to come to the full knowledge of the truth;
1Ti 2:5 for one is God, one also is mediator of God and of men, the man Christ Jesus,
1Ti 2:6 who did give himself a ransom for all--the testimony in its own times--
And, as Jesus clearly tells us:
Joh 12:32 and I, if I may be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto myself.'

Somebody need to read the Bible. Romans 10:9-10
9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
