The Cultural Shift on Homosexuality, with Joe Dallas | Christian Research Institute

"On today’s Bible Answer Man broadcast, Hank welcomes Joe Dallas, founder of Genesis Counseling, to discuss the controversy surrounding Phil Robertson’s comments on homosexuality, and the current shift in our culture on this issue."

You can fast forward through the commercials to listen to it faster.

To effectively argue this point, you need to be able to define "good", "bad", "righteous", and "evil". As a fundamentalist Christian, your definitions are likely to vary widely from others.

Let's, for the sake of argument Vizio, grant that we can't, apart form our own subjective take on what is wrong, say what is wrong.

Now how does this prove/substantiate/demonstrate that there is an objective source that you as a subjective person can evaluate as right and wrong.

Without demonstrating this you have effectively agreed with the idea that no one can say what is wrong - morality, as is, is subjective. You don't get to have your idea of objectivity automatically established as the default position.

And your right we have done this merry go round before and you never establish any of your ideas about this objectivity.

This is always fascinating.

History is a litany of one horror, one atrocity, one episode of carnage after another.

The Inquisition, with countless tortured and slaughtered over centuries? No big deal...
The institution of slavery, countless more held in bondage, beaten and raped and worked to death? Just part of history...
One genocide after another, entire peoples ravaged, counties systematically laid waste? <yawn>...

Decriminalizing same-sex relations? OMG, the world is ending!

Get a grip. If you possibly can.

God has stated homosexuality is immoral. Until you are able to give me an objective system of morality that has more authority, this carousel is not going to get us anything. The only thing you have is your personal opinion.

Read the Bible and ask the Holy Spirit to interpret it in Gods way not mans.

THAT is sick.

And you feel the world is coming apart because gays are acquiring basic human rights that you take for granted.

THAT is sick too.
The Lord gives and the Lord takes and H has given rules which no one can seem to keep. You see Gods not sick it is the world that is sick and has been since the original sin.

Thank you Vizio but you are making to much sense for the masses.

So you have read the book by Glenn Beck? That's great so that means what you wrote about God was just a hijacker and not really you. Wake world.

Why does everyone on a Christian thread automatically forget about the Bible and the Holy Spirit?

You know it is not about You, Me or anyone else being right or wrong, I is about God being right no matter what.

That is just another cog in the machinations of the end times theology which many do not want to acknowledge but will definitely will come to fruition.

Come on people we are all in Gods master plan even if we don't want to be.

Why I Can’t Say Love the Sinner / Hate the Sin Anymore | Redemption Pictures

Maybe some of the Christians need to read this, and then think about what they are doing and saying to others.

Some need to think about it. However homosexual SEX is a sin scripturally just like murder, lying, adultery, etc.

No one hates the sinner as an individual (or shouldn't) but we must hate the sin so we do not get involved in it ourselves.

Hating sin is not hating sinners, or God would not have sent His son in the first place.

Unless you are gay, you have no worries about "getting involved" in homosexuality.
