How does a damnation work? I read that the jesuits damnated the protestants, and I'm wondering how a damnation works if St.Peter decides if we go to heaven or hell..

First of all Peter is not our judge. Jesus is.
A damn nation is a nation that someone does not like. They refer to it as "that damn nation".

As for people judging you as bashing just remember the only people who label the truth as hate are those who hate the truth.
Jesus comes on the last day and renders final judgment. However, after death, some go to heaven to be with Jesus, others go to hell, to suffer. Jesus makes these decisions, not St. Peter.
Mt 7:13 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. Mt 7:14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.
Jn 3:18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son

Matthew 5:11

Your using Matthew 7:13 incorrectly. That verse was in the PRESENT tense. Not the FUTURE tense.
