>>Only problem is Jesus NEVER declared all foods clean.<<

Looks like you missed something important. Jesus stated clearly in Mark 7 that it is the heart of man (all the sin inside of it) that makes a man unclean. Not food. Not ceremonies one way or another. His heart. If the ceremonies are wrong (idolatrous works which humans concocted--not the Lord commanded), then they defile the man because his heart is toward idolatry, rather than obedience to the Lord.
Mark 7:18-23 KJV: " And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, it cannot defile him; Because it entereth not into his heart, but into the belly, and goeth out into the draught, purging all meats? And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man. For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: All these evil things come from within, and defile the man."

Here's another:
Colossians 2:16-22: "Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ. Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind, And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God. Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances, (Touch not; taste not; handle not; Which all are to perish with the using) after the commandments and doctrines of men."
There again, the apostle Paul (former Pharisee and rabbi) was exhorting the people of God not to get hung up on 'kosher' food laws. He made a point of saying that we must hold to the Head--Jesus Christ. The restricted foods, holy days, etc. were all shadows...now we have JESUS.

Romans 14:17: "For the Kingdom of God is not meat and drink, but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost."
Can it be any plainer? Christ's Kingdom has nothing to do with kosher/unkosher food. It's about righteousness (holiness, God's right judgment, etc.), peace in the Holy Spirit and between brothers and sisters in Christ, and joy that comes from the Holy Spirit.

These three are only a few places in the NT that prove that Christ declares us free from food restrictions. Again, if someone needs to avoid a certain food because they have allergies/intolerances, that is not a religious reason. That is a personal health reason; and they aren't saying: "Thus saith the LORD, no one else should eat this either!"

Since Jesus declared all foods clean, it is a blessing to have fresh pork, chicken, fish, beef, lamb...whatever you can have. Protein from animal sources has vitamins and minerals that you cannot get simply from a plant-based diet. That's why the Lord told Noah to begin to eat animals (after the flood).
When did he declare all foods clean?...

Lets look in CONTEXT

Read Matt 15 and Mark 7 in context to show those passages were about not washing you hands before eating doesn't make you unclean.

Matthew 15:1-3(NKJV)
15 Then the scribes and Pharisees who were from Jerusalem came to Jesus, saying, 2 “Why do Your disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? For they do not wash their hands when they eat bread.”
3 He answered and said to them, “Why do you also transgress the commandment of God because of your tradition?

Mark 7:1-5(NKJV)
7 Then the Pharisees and some of the scribes came together to Him, having come from Jerusalem. 2 Now when[a] they saw some of His disciples eat bread with defiled, that is, with unwashed hands, they found fault. 3 For the Pharisees and all the Jews do not eat unless they wash their hands in a special way, holding the tradition of the elders. 4 When they come from the marketplace, they do not eat unless they wash. And there are many other things which they have received and hold, like the washing of cups, pitchers, copper vessels, and couches.
5 Then the Pharisees and scribes asked Him, “Why do Your disciples not walk according to the tradition of the elders, but eat bread with unwashed hands?”

JESUS EXPLAINS IT TO THEM WHAT ALL THIS MEAN:

Matthew 15:15-20(NKJV)

15 Then Peter answered and said to Him, “Explain this parable to us.”
16 So Jesus said, “Are you also still without understanding? 17 Do you not yet understand that whatever enters the mouth goes into the stomach and is eliminated? 18 But those things which proceed out of the mouth come from the heart, and they defile a man. 19 For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies. 20 These are the things which defile a man, but to eat with unwashed hands does not defile a man.”

Mark 7:18-23(NKJV)
18 So He said to them, “Are you thus without understanding also? Do you not perceive that whatever enters a man from outside cannot defile him, 19 because it does not enter his heart but his stomach, and is eliminated, thus purifying all foods?” 20 And He said, “What comes out of a man, that defiles a man. 21 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, 22 thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lewdness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness. 23 All these evil things come from within and defile a man.”

-If Jesus at that point now cancels the dietary laws his father gave, just right after he said he didnt come to abolish the Law in Matthew 5, he would be telling people to go ahead and sin and would be disqualified as being the Messiah.

Colossians 2:8 (NKJV)
8 Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ.

Colossians 2:16-20(NKJV)
16 So let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a new moon or sabbaths, 17 which are a shadow of things to come, but the substance is of Christ. 18 Let no one cheat you of your reward, taking delight in false humility and worship of angels, intruding into those things which he has not[a] seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind, 19 and not holding fast to the Head, from whom all the body, nourished and knit together by joints and ligaments, grows with the increase that is from God.
20 Therefore,[b] if you died with Christ from the basic principles of the world, why, as though living in the world, do you subject yourselves to regulations—

-In Colossians 2, is the commandments of God a empty deceit, a tradition of men, or basic principles of the world?
It is telling the new believers there to not let anyone judge them for actually keeping the Sabbath, holy days, and commands of God, not that you can do as you please and no one can judge them. They used to be pagans, so now that they are keeping the commands of God, people will judge what they do now.

-As for Romans 14:17, you are taking that out of context since they were debating about fasting and vegetarianism in that chapter and the debate was never about if the dietary laws were canceled or not.

Gee,SAAN, it's so obvious that they are talking about cancellation of the dietary instruction, can't you see it?...

Christians refused to eat food that had been sacrificed to idols and many were killed for not doing it. They also would not worship the emperors and were killed.

Acts 15:29 tells Gentile believers to avoid things offered to idols, things strangled, don't eat blood, and avoid fornication. This after a l-o-n-g discussion between Jesus' disciples (raised Jewish, but now "one new man" -- neither Jew nor Gentile -- Ephesians 2) who recognized that if they couldn't keep the Law, how could they ever expect the formerly Gentile new believers to do so?
Yes, of course Jesus was a Jew. He came to fulfill God's promises for the Messiah; which originated with the nation Israel, but did not end there. "Arise, shine, for thy light is come; and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee." (Isa 60) This Light brought Gentiles out of darkness, and Jews to the Light of God's truth.
The 3 passages I referenced show clearly that Jesus removed the requirements of the OT law...food restrictions included. Those who waggle their heads and tongues and make silly remarks prefer their legalism I suppose.
The book of Hebrews, Romans 2-4, the entire book of Galatians...these and many other passages with the ones already mentioned show how Christ fulfilled all OT law. The OT law was a shadow of the New Covenant in Christ Jesus. He has fulfilled the Law (all of it!), and brought a New and Living Way. The OT was physical; fleshly. The NT is spiritual; heavenly.
Jesus broke down the wall of separation between Jew and Gentile. Through His blood and Spirit He creates a new race -- the race of His blood-bought people, who walk in the Spirit (Rom 8); not the flesh.
2 Cor 5:17: Old things pass away; behold all things have become new. Yes, this is the new man created in Christ Jesus unto good works. The good works aren't kosher cooking! They are love, joy, peace, etc. (Gal 5). They are a concern for the poor, unsaved, imprisoned (Matt 25). Those good works are the fruits of eternal life displayed by the one new man -- no longer Jew, no longer Gentile. The requirement of food restrictions is eliminated in Christ Jesus. Those holding to OT laws of kosher foods, Sabbaths, and the rest are in danger; for they trust in their flesh--not in Christ, our Sabbath; our Passover lamb.
