But, yet G-d state right there in Genesis that the serpent was one of the four legged animals that he created and it happened to be the cleverest...
What does Job 1 and 2 have to do with anything?...
Yes that is what it says BUT we need all of scripture to understand the illustrations and allusions used in scripture. No animal is clever enough to want to be like God, that takes Intelligence and ... the "punishment" was to crawl on its belly so if your view is correct all snakes should still be able to talk to us since that is not said to have been taken away. They can't sooo... your position requires other scriptural support and ... it all supports that serpent being Satan.
IF you do not understand how Job 1 and 2 apply, you are clearly not understanding the lesson of Genesis 3.
John 3:17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
John 3:18
Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.
Oh wait! Didn't God make a donkey his mouthpiece once...Numbers 22:28-30...research, research, research, say it with me research, research, research...
Honestly? If I said "water is wet" I think there would be people here saying "yah? prove it!"

Show the triune god throughout the COT...And your opinion does is not the truth, especially in light of the fact that the early Christian church was definitely mono-theistic, did not believe in a triune god...
Seriously. Do a google search. I honestly don't feel like typing up paragraphs of verses for you to disregard. The phrase "pearls before swine" comes to mind. If you're not open-minded enough to read it, I don't care to do it.
Go get a good commentary to read. Pick up some apologetical books and read them.
According to verse 18, Jesus came to condemn at least part of the worlds' population. Which contradicts verse 17.
No he did not come to condemn it, that is just the result of the actions of individuals. He would have been happy if all listened.
VS 17 was his goal:
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world
VS 18 is what happened and is happening.
He WANTED all saved, BUT not all want him.
Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.
God allows us the choice and .... we make it.Two different referents, God and man.
